Competitor Practice Night

Competitor Practices for couples only! 

We advise booking in advance online for the latest availability of practice sessions.

On Sun 26 July, please kindly note that Competitor Couple Practice for both Ballroom & Latin couples are cancelled:

— 5:30 pm to 7 pm - Ballroom Couple Practice CANCELLED
— 7 pm to 8:30 pm - Latin Couple Practice CANCELLED

(Please kindly note, Competitor Couples are welcome to book 60 min private practices via our Studio Staff, and subject to availability).

Ballroom Competitors Practice (couple)

Sundays 5:30pm-7:00pm

£19 per couple
What those the practice involve? 
  • 20 minutes Waltz
  • 20 minutes Tango
  • 10 minutes V. Waltz
  • 20 minutes Foxtrot
  • 20 minutes Quickstep
Who is it for? 
This practice is for competitors only (this includes Pro-Am couples). As dancers are rehearsing their routines at full speed, for that reason we can not allow social dancers to this practice.

Latin Competitors Practice (couple)

Sundays 7:00pm-8:30pm

£19 per couple

What those the practice involve? 
  • 20 minutes Rumba
  • 20 minutes Cha Cha
  • 20 minutes Samba
  • 10 minutes Paso Doble
  • 20 minutes Jive
Who is it for? 
This practice is for competitors only (this includes Pro-Am couples). As dancers are rehearsing their routines at full speed, for that reason we can not allow social dancers to this practice.
