Our practice nights are classified as “training group class”. This class is design to allow Competitors/Pro-Am couples dancing from the same household or same supporting bubble, to train in preparation for their competitions. We ask you to obey the following guidelines in participating to each of these events:
As only pre-booking online is allowed, the chairs socially distanced around the ballroom will be designed to the amount of booking received on each event.
When arriving please choose a chair and position your bag below it. Do not change or move the chair as they have been placed according to our Risk assessment.
If you need to change please use the changing room on the right side of the stage, avoiding using the toilet as a changing facility.
When inside the Ballroom, once seated while waiting for the practice to start and during the whole session, please find here below what you can and can not do:
You can remove your mask (mask should be worn every time we are in the reception/toilet area as it is not possible to keep the 2 meters rule).
You can socialise with your friend by remaining into the seat you have chosen.
You can not start practising or do any warming up that include you to moving towards the inside of the floor. (to warm up you should use the space next to your chair up to 1 meter each side)
If we reach our full capacity we will split the practice in 2 heats. When this occurrs the following guidelines should be observed:
When not dancing please remain seated into your chair, or if you would like to stand please stand beside each chair maintaining social distance with other competitors. (while the practice is on, minimal socialising should be maintained.
Once the session has started you should keep the usage of the reception area to a minimum and should be used only to commute to the main exit door or the toilet facilities. (when doing so please wear your mask)
