At The Dance Lab we offer private lessons with high level dance teachers that can help you to learn, enjoy and succeed in your dancing goals from complete Beginner level all the way through to Professional level!
Private lessons are for singles or couples of any age and level!
We specialise in teaching Ballroom and Latin American styles which includes the Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Cha Cha, Jive, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble and Viennese Waltz.
There will be limited numbers of lessons taking place at a time and there will be social distancing between the teacher and student until restrictions ease in line with government guidelines. Private lessons can be taken with a partner from the same household/bubble.
We understand that everyone has different goals and our own goal is to help you to achieve them! Whether that is to improve technique, to learn more dance styles/steps, to gain more confidence to dance socially, to prepare for competitions/medal examinations/shows we have got you covered!
A private lesson lasts for 45 minutes, however many students also choose to take double lessons lasting 1.5 hours.
The Dance Lab will be open for private lessons from Friday 16th April and bookings are available now, contact us here!
Private lessons will be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays up until Sunday 16th May. From Monday 17th May we will then be taking bookings for all days apart from Wednesdays.
We ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation of lessons. However, we must take every possible precaution to minimise COVID-19 risk, so we will waive the cancellation policy should you have any COVID-19 symptoms or are generally feeling unwell. If you find yourself in this situation, please do not come to the studio, but contact us to cancel your lesson.
What do our students have to say…
‘One of the highlights of my week is my dance lesson with Brian. Brian’s energy and positivity is always so uplifting and he is also a great teacher. I have always loved music and dancing and I have had great fun learning both the jive and cha cha cha. I can’t wait to get back to in person lessons post lockdown’
