We are so excited to bring you our brand new Fitsteps class at The Dance Lab Studio! What better way to keep fit, have fun and learn a brand new skill!

There is so much evidence that exercising in a group atmosphere has huge benefits, as well as the amazing benefits of dance and music for the body and mind.

Beginners welcome!

There is no prior dance experience needed for this class, just a love for dance and music!

For those of you who are new to Fitsteps, it is an energetic, up-beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite Strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you do not need a partner. You will have so much fun you won't even realise you're getting fit with Brian!

Doing this class online is good but doing it at the studio with Brian on the stage and with the music surrounding you while you work out is all another experience! Try it to believe it!
