Online Latin Exercise

Tuesdays, 7pm

Five exercises, all five latin dances, ONE CLASS!!! This class is great for anyone at any level who simply likes to dance with the added benefit of keeping fit. Brian teaches this class in 2 different levels. Beginners level is just learning the steps and for the more advanced students, Brian takes those same steps and adds a specific muscle group or technique for you to think about to add even more value to that exercise.
